A Pilot Program – Training & Development

David & Collette recently visited HMP Berwyn for a lunch developed by the men in the kitchens. It was fantastic to see the work they are doing there firsthand. We are in the process of piloting a training & development program at Dylan’s, hoping to encourage 12 – 16 trainees (over different periods throughout the year) to join our kitchen teams, and create a pathway for chefs to rise through the ranks with work-based training and day release at a local college. Teacup the Cat – Part Two

The story of Teacup the Dylan’s rescue cat continues! A couple of weeks ago we told the story of the affectionate stray cat ‘Teacup’, and how she adopted the Dylan’s staff by hanging around the staff entrance, before eventually being scooped up by Rachael (one of the Dylan’s Front of House team). Teacup the Cat

Here’s a short and heart-warming story, straight from Dylan’s in Menai Bridge. A few weeks ago, this tiny, thin yet affectionate stray turned up by the staff entrance at Dylan’s Menai Bridge. She started hanging round in the boatyard, waiting for staff to come out on breaks or after shift, where she’d excitedly try and wheedle her way into the hearts of our chefs and Front of House team.
