Llandudno: Looking back, Moving forward.

At Dylan’s, we take our commitment to the local area very seriously.  With our use of local produce and suppliers wherever possible, bilingual menus and music nights with Welsh performers, are a few examples of the ways we demonstrate this. As we look forward to opening our third site in Llandudno next year, Jane is now doing research into the history of the Washington. Aside from the history of the building, and it’s various uses over the years, she is very interested to know if…

By now, you may well have heard that we are thrilled to be opening a third restaurant in Llandudno on the East Parade, with a projected opening for May 2017. It’s going to be no small task restoring the Grade II listed Washington Hotel, but it will be worth the wait. “The Dylan’s experience will start at the entrance vestibule with plans to strip the oak panels back to the original wood, restore the terrazzo floor, with a metallic copper painted ceiling and chandelier lighting the…

Christmas at Dylan’s!

Christmas is well on the way, and I think we can all agree, the weather has come with it!   The dark nights, torrential rain and cold temperatures didn’t keep us from seeing in the Criccieth Christmas light switch on, and we weren’t the only one’s determined to ignore the horizontal rain to celebrate the festive cheer with our complimentary Christmas turkey and cranberry pizzas.
