At long last we have a date & are planning to reopen Dylan's Criccieth, Llandudno & Menai Bridge for outdoor dining on Monday April 26th!
For the latest updates and future announcements on our reopening, please follow us on Facebook.
Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at eich croesawu chi yn ol! | We are looking forward to welcoming you back!
Here are some of our current COVID-19 safety measures which will help you book & dine with us safely.
Thank you for your support & understanding! | Diolch i chi am eich cefnogaeth a dealltwriaeth!
Our tables are allocated on the day by our duty managers. Whilst we always try our best to give each party the table they'd like, we have to balance all requests with our own priority for safety and social distancing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Our current maximum table size is for 6 guests. Government regulation permits 4 people to dine together, though children under 11 years old do not count to this total. Adding extra guests in the 'requests' section of the online booking system will not secure additional seats.
Children and babies must also be seated - please include them in your booking.
Please bring a form of identification (for example, a driving license, bank or credit card) for all adults in your group. New Welsh Government regulations require that we have an accurate record of our guests to assist with test & trace.
We are currently running a slightly reduced menu during our phased reopening, with additional specials each weekend.
Dylan's Criccieth - 7 days a week - 11am to 10pm
Dylan's Menai Bridge - 7 days a week - 11am to 10pm
Dylan's Llandudno - 7 days a week - 11am to 10pm
Food is served from 11:30am onwards
As part of our efforts to protect our team and our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will no longer be accepting cash in any of our restaurants.
We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy for the sale of alcohol at all our restaurants. Please bring valid ID with you just in case even if you are dining with your family or larger group. We would never want to disappoint you at a party or gathering.
All our restaurants are accessible by wheelchair. Please do let us know if you will be requiring a wheelchair accessible table when making a reservation – we’d love to welcome you properly from the very start.
Voicemail messages requesting a booking cannot be accepted. Only when you speak to a member of our reservation team will your booking be made.
Please call the restaurant to let us know if you plan to dine with your four-legged friends. Tables are currently subject to availability due to social distancing regulations.
Thank you for your support & understanding at this time.
At Dylan's we welcome everyone equally. If you or anyone in your party has any additional requirements that may need more specialised attention, we will always do our best to take care of you.
In such circumstances we would be very grateful if you rang us in advance, to ensure that we can prepare and organise everything as best we can for you.
